I’m Kimberle, known as the Plant-Based Baking Mama. I became a plant-based eater after I became a mama. Thanks to pregnancy, I became lactose-intolerant. I had to change my diet and with kids now, I became passionate about feeding them only wholesome foods. Then in 2020, I was diagnosed as high-risk for breast cancer. I dedicated an entire year to learning how to change our diet, infusing more sustainable plants into our meals. But, with my sweet tooth, I didn’t want to sacrifice my love for baking and decorating. So I taught myself how to bake better, healthier, cleaner. The best part is that no one could tell the difference. They don’t realize they’re getting a dose of nutrition with each bite.
I’m here as a coach; to empower you to bake healthy and truly understand the nutritional value of your food just as I learned. I’ve spent countless hours educating myself and testing recipes so you don’t have to. I am a self-taught baker and decorator so I know that with our boxes you’ll wow your family and friends.
