2 Minute Brownie Mug Cake

Anytime I look up a recipe, I figure out how I can make it healthier. Take this Brownie Mug Cake. First, I swapped out All Purpose Flour for Grain4grain 1:1 Replacement Flour which is made from protein/ fiber-rich spent flour. Second, I replaced the refined sugar with natural, lower glycemic Coconut Sugar. Third, I swapped in cholesterol-free Coconut Oil for butter. Plus, I use high-quality ingredients like Raaka Maple Dark Chocolate Chips.
