St. Patrick's Day Cupcakes
If Popeye celebrated St. Patrick's Day, this is what he would make. Did you know that besides making you strong like a sailor, spinach has a ton of health benefits? For starters, it's chock-full of vitamins and minerals like iron, calcium, and vitamins A and C. It's also low in calories and high in fiber, making it great for weight management and digestion. And if you're looking to boost your brain power, spinach contains folate which can help improve memory and cognitive function. So go ahead and whip up a batch of these St. Patrick's Day Spinach Cupcakes.
